Maybe we should change the name from "City of Kamloops" to the "Democratic City of Kamloops" just like the Democratic Republic of Congo or the Democratic Republic of Korea, where the word democracy is an illusion. That way, anyone moving to our fine area will have no expectations that their vote is worth anything.
