Junk food is used to keep kids quiet

Hurrah! Finally, there is someone that thinks along my lines.

It seems to me that all a lot of young parents do these days is hand out large bills to young children, just to keep them quiet and go out and buy junk food. Then comes the worry about obesity, but that's another story.

When we were young, we were lucky to get a nickel or dime.
