GEORGE STORJEOFF

July 29, 1937 to June 23, 2010

Goerge Storjeoff

George passed away very suddenly, but peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital in Trail, B.C., He will be sadly missed by his wife, Margot; daughter, Michelle (Bernie); son, Randy (Carrie), son Casey (Barbara); grandsons, Julian and Daniel; brother, John; and many other family members and good friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Lloyd (Walter) and Florence Storjeoff, formerly of Gilpin. George was a proud member of ILW, Local 500 for 37 years.

A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 10:30 a.m., at Grand Forks Funeral Home, 475 Market Avenue, Grand Forks, B.C. Burial to follow at the Gilpin Cemetery.

The family has requested no flowers. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in memory of George.
