Franklin Beliveau

On July 18, 2010 Franklin James Peter Beliveau passed away at Boundary Hospital, just days before his 47th birthday. He leaves to mourn him, his father Irvin Beliveau (wife Joanne) of Grand Forks; his brother Robin of Christina Lake and his three sons Brogan, Keaton and Lachlan; his sister Karen of Grand Forks and her three children Lindsy (with two children), Brandon and Lairyck.  There are also many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will miss Franklin. Franklin was predeceased by his mother, Drussella “Sis”, and grandmother Clara Beliveau, with whom he shared a close bond in recent years.

Franklin was born in Penticton on July 29, 1963. He lived in Summerland for the first two years of his life. He then lived in Blueberry for awhile before settling in Grand Forks where his family made their permanent home.

Franklin was loved by all of us. We can say that because he gave of himself to others and he will live in the hearts that he has touched.

A Resurrection Mass was shared on July 27, 2010, at Sacred Heart Church in Grand Forks. Grand Forks Funeral Home was in charge of cremation.

Any kind remembrance can be made in the form of a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
