Railway seeing good numbers

Sullivan Underground Mining Railway President Mick Henningson says the Railway is seeing good numbers in recent days, much needed since they lost about $4000 in revenue having to be closed for two weekends in June due to the mudslides up the Mark Creek Valley.

Henningson said numbers were good for KIOTAC.

Work on the small station at the Resort parking lot is also underway. He says it should be ready by mid-August although there is a fair amount of track that has to be rehabilitated from not being used for three years.
