Michael Chmilar, Brad Clapp, Kirk Laukkanen, Jay Michaluk and Shannon McGeady of Sun Rivers Resort golfed for a full 24 hours June 9 and 10 to raise funds for ALS patient services. They completed a total of 930 holes total and raised over $4,200.
Cory Robinson, Mike Latta, Dan Latin and Brian Cedarhome of Mount Paul Golf Course also participated in a golf-a-thon for ALS on June 14.
A total of 369 holes were completed and funds are still being raised.
ALS is a fatal neuromuscular disease with no cause or cure yet. It is because of these golfers’ dedication, hard work and the kind support of the Kamloops community we are able to provide hope to ALS patients across the province.
Thank you!
