Dear Editor:
I have spent years being involved with various aspects of public access and highways. I suspect if someone looks into the access to Douglas Lake, they will find at some point even in the distant past there has been some public money spent on the road, even if it is only a culvert that was installed or the road was graded once or cleared of snow, then the road is in the public domain Also, the public has the right to trespass if they have trespassed there unopposed for a period of 20 years.
