Charges have yet to be laid in the case of a Louis Creek property raided earlier this month under suspicion for theft of electricity.
Court documents show that Barriere RCMP executed a search warrant on the property on Glengrove Road on April 4. It was the third time the property has been searched under similar circumstances.
The same residence was busted as a grow-op four years ago and as a grow-op and drug trafficking operation just last year.
In 2008, two men were arrested at the property after 371 marijuana plants were found. Last year’s bust occurred after RCMP pulled over Kyle Henry — who was also convicted of cultivating marijuana at his Dallas home in Kamloops in 2009 — and found him in possession of more than $20,000, believed to be the proceeds of crime.
His vehicle contained equipment that police suspected in relation to the dismantling of a grow-op, which led to another search of the property.
In the latest search, the Hydro account was registered in the name of Conner Walker, who currently faces drug charges in Abbotsford.
