I am so tired of all the social stigma attached to smokers, of seeing them skulking in back alleys, trying to keep clear of the self righteous and of reading of new and more onerous restrictions placed on them by those anally retentive twits on City council.
Do you better-than-thou lot realize that tobacco generated over $850 million to the B.C. government last year and more than $8.5 billion federally?
Ease up and thank these people. We would be paying substantially more in compensatory taxes if they were all to quit. I am a non-smoker, by the way.
