A truck hits the Tranquille overpass and it takes a week for City and ICBC officials to get around to dealing with it? While ICBC might be looking for the "lowest bid," thousands of commuters are being inconvenienced.
Where are our two Liberal MLAs including that blowhard Krueger who actually works for ICBC and, as I understand it, is on leave without pay while he pretends to be an MLA with Kamloops’ best interests at heart?
