The College of the Rockies bestowed its first ever degree on Tamara Eidsness at its 36th annual Convocation ceremony on June 1. Eidsness earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Sustainable Business Practices degree from Dr. Nicholas Rubidge, president and chief executive officer of COTR. Eidsness was joined by hundreds of students who also accepted diplomas and certificates in front of parents, friends and families in the College of the Rockies gymnasium. Sam Williams was presented with the Lieutenant Governor's Silver Medal and Aurora Poole was honoured with the Governor's General's Academic Bronze Medal.
