Kamloops lawyer David Dundee has received a community service award from the B.C. branch of the Canadian Bar Association for leadership in the area of family law. A mediator with Paul & Co., Dundee is described as a fearless advocate, committed volunteer, and a thoughtful and knowledgeable colleague. He has dedicated countless hours to law reform in B.C., and played a key role in the introduction of best practice standards for family lawyers. Dundee has been a member of the association’s provincial council since the year 2000. He also chairs the family law working group and has served on many CBABC committees.
