I am a single mother who has paid for her son to play a specific sport for the past nine years. This is the first year I have been late in paying his registration fees.
Also the organization changed the due date without any notification on their part.
In saying that, they are now demanding a $100 late fee and my son will now be put on a wait list.
I am also recovering from complications due to surgery relating to breast cancer. My focus has been on my recovery and not on checking their website, as suggested by the organization. In my situation, I believe as I was not notified that I should not be responsible for the extra charge and most importantly that my son is on a wait list.
I would like the extra charge waived and my son placed back on the roster as he has been for the past nine years.
