Highlight the positives at RIH

I absolutely agree with Mr. Dogterom (“Stop bitching about RIH,” July 9).

My daughter was injured April 30, and every single person who we dealt with at RIH was kind, respectful of the stress we were under, and extremely caring.

From the ER, to the ICU, to the pediatric ward – no matter how busy it was – my daughter was cared for by professionals who not only did an amazing job of caring for her injuries but also eased a troubled parent’s mind.

I'm not saying others have not worse experiences, but I think it's important to also highlight the positive ones.

From my family, and my daughter, thank you to all the dedicated staff at RIH.
