Calgary teen makes stop in Kamloops on 'epic' ride

He's just 15 years old, but Noah Epp has embarked on a journey that would scare most adults.

The Calgary teen is riding a bicycle to Vancouver to raise funds and awareness for children living with cancer.

Noah started his ride on Monday and expected to pass through Kamloops on Thursday with a stop at the Booster Juice in Summit Shopping Centre from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

At that point, he will be 636 kilometres into his 1,062-km ride in which he hopes to raise $250,000 for B.C. Children's Hospital Foundation, Alberta Hospital Foundation, the Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta and Jamie's Preschool in Calgary.

Noah isn't riding alone. He has his dad, Brent, and two other adults riding as well.

For more information, visit facebook.com/noahr4r or follow the ride through Twitter at @noahr4r.
