Finalists of the eighth annual Keystone Awards were announced Thursday by the Canadian Home Builders Association of the Central Interior.
“We were thrilled to showcase the incredible work that is done in the Thompson and Nicola Valley region,” said Brian Hayashi, association president.
The finalists automatically become silver-level certificate winners, who compete for the gold awards. The gold awards will be announced at a gala at Delta Sun Peaks on Saturday, Sept. 22.

Housing Management Commission; Bergman Home Designs; Casol Designs Ltd.; Copper Island Fine Homes; Creekside Plumbing Ltd.; DW Builders; Excel Industries; Granite Homes Inc.; GSI Inc.; Hillside Contracting; Kamloops Home Hardware Building Centre; K&C’s Construction and Renovations Ltd; KMS Tools and Equipment (Kamloops); Lenna’s Creative Interiors; Linda Strate; Mibroc Group; NexBuild Construction Corp.; Noremac Concrete Pumping; Norgaard Ready Mix Ltd.; Pro Cad Designs Ltd.; Project Green Architecture; Rapid Cool; SPH Consultancy; Stobbe Excavating Ltd.; Stoney Creek Contracting; Sun Rivers; T& N Roofing; Timeless Developments; Warner Rentals Ltd.; Whitstone Developments; and Wrabel Brothers Construction.
Five award-winning builders and other professionals from the Lower Mainland spent a day judging the entries. Balloting was monitored by accounting firm KPMG.
