A man who pleaded guilty in May to kidnapping and sexual assault of a North Kamloops retail clerk will undergo a sentencing hearing in June next year.
The Crown wants Jack Froese labelled a dangerous offender. Prosecutor Joel Gold said the Crown will apply for an indeterminate sentence for Froese.
Froese has a history of violent sexual assaults. The 32-year-old has been in custody since Nov. 24, the day he was arrested in Kamloops.
