It has finally happened on our street in Kamloops; the nuisance neighbour has moved in and has started to be a constant complainer to the bylaws officers.
You know the type, peeking through the curtains and harassing one neighbour about everything and anything he or she deems to be a problem.
There has never been a problem on our street because most neighbours talk to each other and get along, if there was something bothering one of us we sorted it out, we never needed the bylaws officers to come knocking.
I have found out through my sources that this guy or girl made six complaints in one day. I would think that the bylaws office would start to screen this type of individual. He or she is using the system to harass neighbours and there should be some kind of record kept and something done about the abuse of the system.
I'm sure this individual has harassed another neighbour in the past and was the reason they decided to move. Now he or she has started to complain about other neighbours no matter how trivial.
I would like to say to this individual (man up and talk to your neighbours) you may start to like them.
