    Appalled at response to complaint

My friend and I were driving from downtown to the North Shore when a van came up behind us, passed us in a turning lane, cut in front of us and was weaving in and out of traffic.

I called the number on the van to make a complaint, left a message, and received a call back about 10 minutes later. The guy asked if I had made a complaint and when I said yes, he said he was four to five vehicles behind me (he has no idea what vehicle I was in) and his driver did nothing wrong, he used his signals, he wasn't weaving.

When I started to protest, he asked me, and I quote, "Why do you have to be such a drama queen?" I replied, "Excuse me?" and he said (which I was shocked a businessman would ever say to anyone), "You are a stupid drama queen."

When I called back he answered the phone with, "Are you calling for more blah blah blah? Do you believe in the tooth fairy? Because you need to grow up!"

    I was absolutely appalled.
