We would publicly like to thank New Gold for its grand opening celebration of the Afton Mine. We took part in festivities at the mine site on Sunday and it was awesome.
It was fun to ride a school bus from TRU, the food was great, the entertainment was enjoyable and the presentation booths were informative.
Of course, the fireworks at Riverside Park were spectacular, too! It was the best free family event ever!
