Dylan Armstrong is still figuring out what to do about his right elbow.
Armstrong, the Canadian shot put champion from Kamloops, has been nursing an elbow injury all year. After finishing fifth at the Olympics in London in August, he told reporters that the injury might require surgery.
As of Sunday, the surgery question remains up in the air.
“He has had some consultations with a surgeon, but he has to decide what his options are,” said Armstrong’s mother, Judy, the president of the Kamloops Track and Field Club. “He’s still working on that.”
