A trial of a Merritt woman accused of murder is set to begin Oct. 1.
Janice Nielsen, 40, has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of husband Tracy Charters.
Prosecutors and a defence lawyer set out final details Tuesday morning in a pre-trial conference held n B.C. Supreme Court. The trial is scheduled to be held in front of a jury.
RCMP say Charters died May 21, 2010, in his Merritt home after being stabbed.
