A career administrator at Thompson Rivers University who oversaw a recent building boom announced he is retiring.
Cliff Neufeld is the university’s vice-president of administration and finance. The university said he will retire March 1.
The accountant has overseen several hundred dollars in building on campus recently, including the house of learning and renovation to the Old Main building.
Neufeld started on campus 36 years ago as an assistant controller, when then-Cariboo College was home to 1,500 students.
