A Kamloops taxi driver took a couple all the way to Chase and received several punches to the head for his trouble, Chase RCMP reported Monday.
In addition to being injured, the driver was robbed of $170 in the late-night Sept. 26 incident at the intersection of Chief William Pierish and Old Highway near Chase.
The suspects fled on foot. They are described as native, about 25 and heavy set.
