Chase RCMP hunt man who broke into credit union

    Three debit card machines stolen

Video surveillance shows the thief in action.

Chase RCMP need help to find a man who broke into the Sorrento branch of the Salmon Arm Savings and Credit Union on Oct. 11 at about 3 a.m.

The thief used a large rock to smash the glass in the front door, and stole three machines used for the production and printing of debit cards.

Security video shows part of the thief's face, a hole in the jeans he is wearing, and distinctive gloves.

If you can help, call the Chase detachment at 250-679-3221 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
