The intersection of Highway 1 and Highland Drive needs a dedicated left-turn signal. If the city can spend $6 million on an underutilized and horribly over-budget bike path in Valleyview, they could find a few bucks to use on something useful like a life saving dedicated turn signal. Too many horrible crashes.
