Grab your skates, your helmet and your Halloween costume and head to Memorial Arena Sunday for the Fabulously Freaky Halloween Event.
Skating is free from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and there are prizes for those who come dressed for the occasion.
The City is promoting Be Smart and Wear a Helmet at its public skates, and those who have one could get a free skate pass.
