Sylvia Paillard’s column (Religion Has No Place in Government, The Daily News, Oct. 10) is correct in identifying a serious problem but wrong in identifying the cause of the problem.
The cause of the problem is not the federal Conservative government. It is with religions that do not separate church and state. They are found in countries where the church is the state.
