Why is the City sending out reminders about the annual Seniors’ Christmas Light Tour when Halloween isn’t even passed yet?
Because registrations begin on Thursday, Nov. 1.
This is the 38th year for the tour, scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 20, from 6 to 10 p.m.
The popular event includes a bus tour to see the most brilliantly decorated houses around town, followed by tea and a sing-along at the Interior Savings Centre.
It’s all free, but $2 donations are requested to go toward the 2013 Seniors’ Picnic.
