There were two elderly women (I being one) and a middle-aged man waiting for a bus at the Cottonwood Centre in North Kamloops.
We had to stand to wait because the new bus benches were useless unless we wanted wet rear ends.
The grooves in the seat of the bench were full of rain water. It had stopped raining a couple of hours earlier, but it is not warm enough for the puddled water to evaporate.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the new benches are useless and a waste of money.
