    Freeing Clover would endanger bear

When I read the Thursday headline “Free Clover Petition Reaches 500,” I was sick to my stomach to think there are people out there that would put Clover out in such danger.

It is too late to let him free!

This is no ordinary bear, he is priceless. With all the publicity there has been from all over the country, the danger is not just the wild, it is the hunters out there, ready to hunt him down no matter where they put him, to capture or even kill him just for the trophy. This bear should be protected from all harm.

Let’s start a petition with a caption: “Save Clover’s life.”
