MP needs to make health accord commitment

This week is Medicare Week from Dec 2-8^th. It is time for our MP Cathy McLeod to make a commitment to the 2014 Health Accord.

A new Health Accord would provide an opportunity to renew our core values of taking care of each other no matter our ability to pay and improve health care for all people in Canada – from lowering drug costs to addressing wait times. Without an Accord, health care will become increasingly fragmented and costly, for-profit medicine will grow, and patients will no longer benefit from national standards and programs developed with federal oversight and coordination.

People of Kamloops call Cathy McLeod and ask her to make a commitment to the 2014 Health Accord.
