In response to drunk driving still a big risk, if you're FUBAR - ED, Frigged Up Beyond Any Recognition for lack of better words . . . and then you take your keys out to drive and operate a 2,000-pound bullet — a.k.a. your steel framed tank, and then you drive this potential weapon of human destruction at the very unsuspecting public? Then this is a self-centered and egotistical based decision you have made, in my opinion. Smoking pot to impairment is the same crime.
You would most certainly deserve to have the entire book of possible consequences thrown at you. I will also say on behalf of anyone that you may have maimed or killed, those consequences should be increased substantially.
