    Police looking for missing 15-year-old

Girl has been gone from home since Dec. 7

    Sarah Lynne Robinson

A 15-year-old girl missing since Dec. 7 has Kamloops RCMP seeking the public’s help to locate her.

Sarah Lynne Robinson is described as five feet, three inches tall and weighing 45 kilograms (99 pounds). She is First Nations, with brown hair and eyes, but police are not linking her disappearance with the murder on Dec. 5 of 16-year-old CJ Fowler.

“There’s nothing to put us in fear of that or to link her to another crime,” said Const. Bernie Ward. “She’s just gone too long. She has a lifestyle that puts her in jeopardy, too.”

The girl has been known to leave the family home before, but usually for shorter periods.

She left the family home on her own and is believed to be staying with people show knows or living off the street, police said. They want to locate her to ensure she’s OK.

“Definitely we have concerns,” Ward said. “We want to make sure she’s fine and healthy.”

Anyone with information on the girl can contact Kamloops RCMP at 250-828-3000 or Crime Stoppers.
