The TNRD has reached a three-year deal that will see unionized staff at its libraries receive a two-per-cent pay raise.
The deal between the Thompson-Nicola Regional District and the British Columbia Government Employees’ Union comes as the current collective agreement was set to expire.
The new contract is in effect from Jan. 1, 2013 until Dec. 31, 2015.
