    Greyhound driver a true professional

After spending the day in Kelowna Dec. 14, I proceeded to the Greyhound bus terminal for a ride home.
It was chaos at the terminal building, until the driver of our bus arrived and took charge.

I believe his name was George and he was to drive bus 1146 back to Kamloops.  Many passengers proceeding to Vancouver and beyond had been waiting more than three hours and their assigned buses did not have drivers.

George called ahead to arrange for drivers and for buses to wait for several of our passengers who were bound for Calgary and other destinations.

The weather and road conditions were far from good with snow and patchy fog. We arrived safely in Kamloops approximately one hour later than scheduled. George went beyond, I’m sure, what is expected of a bus driver, and deserves to be commended for his skills.

You are truly a professional and thank you for keeping us safe.
