Another winter is here and once again we see the same old problem of snow removal in Kamloops.
The plows do a fairly good job except they always leave a barricade of snow in front of the driveways, so before somebody has a heart attack trying to clear this mountain of white, let’s spend the money like Prince George and have plows that do a better job.
