The federal government has announced funding for projects in 100 Mile House and Lac La Hache.
A grant of $35,000 will be used to enhance and prolong Bridge Creek Trail, which is an outdoor attraction in the area. Improvements include replacement of two pedestrian bridges.
Another $17,300 goes toward upgrades at the Lac La Hache community hall, including replacing the cement and refinishing logs on the exterior. The hall was originally built in the 1930s.
