Regarding Time To Ban Semi-Autos (The Daily News, Jan. 12). Thanks for your story regarding guns.
There is absolutely no need for the general public to own assault weapons of any kind; there is also no need for the public to own high-capacity gun clips. PERIOD!!!
Just ignore those who say that guns don’t kill. Without guns, there would be fewer murders.
