    Logan Lake resident Barrie Ogden wears her 2001 Wendy's DreamLift day shirt in 2012.

    Lt. Tom Behrens is taking the tour of all three Wendy's restaurants in Kamloops on Wednesday's DreamLift day. And if past years are anything to go by, customers will have their eyes peeled for him.

    "He's treated like a rock star," said manager Akbal Mund.

    Behrens is with the Orange County Sheriff's Department, which takes children with severe physical disabilities or life-threatening illnesses to Disneyland each year where they are treated like VIPs as they tour the theme park.

    Proceeds from every sale at Wendy's will go to the Sunshine Foundation of Canada's B.C. Interior Chapter for its annual DreamLift program. Many, if not all, of the staff will also be donating their day's wages.

    Behrens will be on the move throughout the day, but here are the best bets for times to meet him:

    * Valleyview: 11:45 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.

    * Sahali: 10:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.

    * North Kamloops: 6:30 p.m.
