Slow driving women from Vernon raised the suspicion of police in Princeton, and now they're in jail facing cocaine trafficking and marijuana possession charges.
Police said Wednesday they pulled over the 23-year-old women in their 2005 Pontiac Sunfire for a sobriety check on Friday at about 8:35 p.m. on Highway 3.
"The vehicle was observed travelling at a speed notably below the posted speed limit," Cpl. Dan Moskaluk said.
They discovered that the driver had an outstanding warrant for trafficking.
A police dog search of the Sunfire turned up a small amount of marijuana, 95 packs of crack cocaine, and pills believed to be oxycondone.
