An "unwanted person" at Crossroads Inn turned out to be a prolific offender breaking a court order, and now he's behind bars.
Police arrested the 20-year-old Kamloops man at 4 a.m. Wednesday after staff at the Seymour Street establishment were unable to get him to leave. He had been visiting a friend.
The man is bound by a court order not to be out of his designated residence between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. Plus, Crossroads Inn management had earlier banned him from the premises.
He remains in police custody while awaiting a court appearance.
