No means no when it comes to smart meter

I am so upset with B.C. Hydro about these smart meters. I was one of those people that were approached on Wednesday by a very polite young installer trying to persuade me to let him install a smart meter that was tucked under his arm in plain sight.

He was giving me the impression that I had no choice in the matter.

I had done my homework on this issue and started asking him questions he really had no answers for, thus the meter was not installed. I do not want another installer on my property.
