Competitors from the Riptech Dive Club brought home nine medals, including four golds, from Winter Provincials in Vancouver on Sunday.
Scott Brunelle, in Tier 2 Group E boys, led the way, earning gold medals on the one- and three-metre boards.
In Tier 2 Group C boys, Parker Finch was first on the three-metre board and second on the one-metre board.
Bram Triesmann, in Tier 2 Group B boys, placed second on the one-metre board.
Tanner Struss was third on the one-metre board in Tier 2 Group A boys, while Ellie Munroe won the Tier 2 Group D girls one-metre competition.
In Tier 2 Group C girls, Emilie Gysel was second on both one- and three-metre boards.

Swimmers from the Kamloops Classics came home with seven medals from the B.C. AA provincial championships that were held in Surrey on the weekend.
Tanner Douglas, in the 12-year-old boys division, won gold in the 400-metre and 200 freestyle events, thus qualifying for the AAA provincials in Victoria, Feb. 28 to March 3.
In the 15-and-over boys division, Jagdeesh Uppal qualified for AAA provincials while winning silver in the 200 breaststroke.
Sadie Keim, in the 15-and-over girls, won silver medal in the 400 free and bronze in the 800 free.
Ally Sandulescu, in the 14-year-old girls, placed second in the 800 free and third in the 200 free.

Jessica Hewitt of Kamloops helped the Canadian women’s relay team to a silver medal in a World Cup short track speed skating World Cup in Dresden, Germany.
Hewitt also was seventh in the 1,500 metres and eighth in the 1,000m.

Five coaching clinics are on the schedule for the Kamloops Youth Soccer Association.
The first, the B License Pre-Test, runs March 1-3 at the Kamloops Soccer Dome. This is open to coaches at all levels, and identifies and qualifies coaches for the Provincial B licence, the next step up the development ladder. To register, click on the coaching clinics link at www.bcsoccer.net.
On March 2-3, at NorKam Secondary, there will be a Learn to Train session. It is for coaches working with players in the U10-12 levels.
A Soccer For Life clinic will run April 6-7 at the Dome. This is for coaches of U13-18 teams.
Parent-volunteers coaching U5-6 teams could benefit from the free Active Start clinic on April 13 at the Dome.
On April 14 at the Dome, there will be a FUNdamentals course, for those in the U7-9 divisions.
The KYSA will reimburse all coaches half of their registration fees after completion of the courses, with the other half being reimbursed after a participant has coached a KYSA-affiliated team for one season. To register or for more info, visit www.coachcentre.ca.

Neither of the Nash brothers can lay claim to bragging rights after their AHL teams split a weekend doubleheader in Charlotte, N.C.
Brendon Nash’s San Antonio Rampage won Saturday’s opener, 3-2, before Riley Nash’s Charlotte Checkers won 2-1 on Sunday. It was the first time the Kamloops siblings have ever played each other in a competitive hockey game.
Each brother hit the scoresheet in Saturday’s game — Brendon had an assist on Andre Deveaux’s go-ahead goal in the third period, before Riley assisted on Zac Dalpe’s score that brought the Checkers to within a goal with 7:31 remaining.
Although this was the first times the brothers have met in the AHL, there is a chance they could meet up again this season. The Rampage is scheduled to play in Charlotte again on March 29-30.
