The Kamloops Philosophers’ Café, a free-flowing discussion of topics of concern to all, gathers Tuesday night from 7-9 p.m. at The Smorgasbord Café, 225 Seventh Ave. Lenora Starr, a social worker with Splatsin Child Services near Enderby and an Idle No More activist, will lead a discussion addressing the question of what debt the Canadian government owes to aboriginal peoples. Sponsored by the Council of Canadians, the event is free and open to all.
