    Re: “Can we stop talking about the HST”, Jordan Bateman, Taxpayers Federation, Daily News. Is this perhaps the first campaign advertisement for the 2013 election?

    The political class like nothing better than when the voters conveniently forget about their mistakes over the previous term. In fact, the political class counts on the voters forgetting.

    Stop talking about the HST if you choose.

    But, when you vote May 2013, remember which government lied to the voters of British Columbia about the HST. Remember which government lacked the integrity to explain the HST to the voters of British Columbia. Remember which government did not make the effort to at least try to explain the HST to the voters of British Columbia. Remember which government played the voters of British Columbia for fools.
