A Purolator Courier driver is placed on a stretcher by Kamloops firefighters and paramedics after being involved in a three-vehicle accident at the Vicars Road and East Trans-Canada Highway intersection Monday at about 4 p.m. for transportation to Royal Inland Hospital. The troublesome intersection was congested as police routed traffic around the crash site. Injuries are non-life threatening.
