Upgrades to Highland Road will be up for public discussion at a session planned for Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Valleyview Community Hall.
The project involves widening of Highland Road between Valleyview Drive and Qu'Appelle Boulevard to three lanes (two up and one down), plus construction of a multi-use pathway on the east side of Highland Road.
The project will also include lighting improvements at all intersections and pathway, a storm drainage system, and landscaping at some locations.
