Not all seniors own cellphones

Well our City council has done it again! Spent money we don’t have! Parking meter kiosks!

There are a lot of senior citizens in Kamloops who like to shop downtown and don’t have cellphones!

It has been proven it does not work in other towns but our council has decided, as usual, they know better.

I find it hard enough to find a parking space downtown and I don’t have mobility issues (some seniors can’t walk a half mile) and from now on will avoid the downtown like the plague.
