She’s still the darling of the country music scene and she’s coming to Kamloops this fall.
It has just been announced that Reba McEntire will play Interior Savings Centre on Friday, Oct. 11, at 7:30 p.m., with Gord Bamford as her opening act.
McEntire is one of the most successful female recording artists, having sold more than 56 million albums worldwide. She’s a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and has won 15 American Music Awards, 13 ACM awards, nine People’s Choice awards, seven CMA awards and two Grammy awards. If that wasn’t impressive enough, McEntire is one of only four entertainers in history to receive the national artistic achievement award from the U.S. Congress.
Her reign of No.-1 hits spans four decades.
Kamloops audiences will hear most, if not all of them, when McEntire takes to the stage in October.
Tickets range from $69.50 to $89.50 and go on sale on Friday, Aug. 23, at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster, the Interior Savings Centre box office or 1-855-985-5000.
